Greyed out tab for Facebook. Facebook commented there was unauthorized access on my account. Uncertain what settings had been manipulated.
When I had my own Facebook account, some 3rd party group hacked my business Facebook account. I could not change my password. Code would not come to my phone. The cybercriminal hacked in from the back end, illegally without my consent. The criminal illegally would sign in at about the same time and manipulate my activities. We attribute these attacks as a takeover. The techniques comes from the Alberta group. But MB, SK, and Ontario affiliates are involved. I had to delete my entire Facebook account. I deleted my own Facebook account about THREE TIMES over 5 to 9 years. There is a loss of business sales, and informing my customers of my business. Cybercriminal wants to takeover and control my Facebook account.

Updates: Feb. 4, 2026: Because of increased CYBERATTACKS, we will have filed another complaint with IC3, the Crime Complaint Centre, which is run by the FBI, the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the United States of America. A 3rd party group are attempting to takeover and control what photos the public is able to see, misleading people with old and outdated photos, and removing advertisements from Facebook and Google. On Google, the message in red is displayed permanently closed. Two weeks ago the code would not be received again on the cellular device. There was no sign in activity into our gmail account for last four to five months. We have appealed my Google business listing on Jan. 30. No reason or explanation was given why hacks are occurring on my Google business account. The group of cybercriminals have gained administrative access to my Google business account without my consent. The cybercriminals have suspended my Google business listing since store 2025. On Jan.30 five documents were uploaded for the appeal process to be completed in 3 to 5 days. There was no email reply from my Google business support team Martin and Noorain as to the reason why the appeal documents are not being discussed. Google Canada require a 2 to 3 minute video upload. Feb. 4 A video submission of two and half minutes was made. There is a waiting period of 5 days . The process of verification had been completed successfully at this location many times before. Feb. 9, Monday. No reply email from Google yet from video upload and five documents uploaded for the appeal. No email and phone communications from my Google Business support team. Feb. 10, Tuesday. No reply email from Google. Feb. 10 Tuesday No reply from Google. Feb. 11, Wednesday. No reply from Google. Google. Feb. 12 Thursday. Google replied video sent on Feb. 4 was not approved. Google replied to resend another video. which can take another 5 days to receive a response. Google still displays store is permanently closed. Video sent on Feb. 4 is the same with a as the video sent on Feb 12 with one or two additions. The video sent on Feb. 12 had been confirmed with a witness. Feb. 13 Friday. No response from Google. Feb. 14 Saturday. No response from Google. Feb. 16 Monday. No response from Google. Feb. 17 Tuesday. No reply from Google. Feb. 18 Wednesday. My gmail was receiving emails. No reply from Google. Feb. 19 Thursday. My gmail account received emails on the 18th, but not on the 19th. The gmail account was hacked on the 19th. On the 19th, Google my business is back online but I cannot login to my account. I cannot change dates and photos going back to September 2025. A 3rd party has control over the account. Feb. 20th Gmail account still cannot receive any emails. No case number and no communications with my Google business support team since the appeal until now. Feb. 23rd No email reply. Feb. 24th Made complaint with local law enforcement and FBI. IOS account manager is in my Google account. Feb. 25th Access regained. Ticket created, email sent to gmail account. I notified law enforcement a 3rd party will still target my account. The cybercriminal could target so the codes will not come to the device and no sign activity in the Gmail account and Godaddy will be possible again.
